Seattle Central's culinary options...

Chef Carina's "Chef of the Day" table.
I went to Seattle Central the other day to attend their "Pastry Chef of the Day" tasting. These happen once a quarter to showcase the work of students in the "Specialty Desserts and Breads" program.

Each student completes a bread, breakfast pastry, savory pastry, candy, two tores and a plated dessert. It's $5 for a plate full of their goodies. This is something to look out for in the future! (Dates aren't posted anywhere on their website, unfortunately.)

There are options to check out on a daily basis too. The students prepare all of the food for the pastry counter and coffee bar just inside the main entrance off of Broadway. There's also a restaurant located off of the atrium inside that is run by the culinary arts students.
