Where are the 4th fireworks on Capitol Hill?

Been noticing West Seattle Blog advertising '4th of July in West Seattle' or somesuch in Google ads running on this site and other across the Seattle interwebs. We go out of town every year around the 4th for K's traditional and peculiar definition of July celebration. So, we wonder -- What is the neighborhood like on Independence Day? Do we cede the celebration to places like West Seattle, Gas Works Park and Carnation? There's a picnic in Cal Anderson park that looks like good (though sparkler-free) times. Is anybody on the Hill on the 4th of July?

Previously we've watched them from Volunteer Park and the rooftop deck of my friend's condo. This year, we'll be on Whidbey Island, missing out.

Now for something completely different
You can also watch the fireworks displays going on the eastside from Capitol Hill on 22nd ave around Galer. There are usually at least 3 different displays to see.
