It rains here in June (and July and…)

We don’t have to do this analysis again, do we? We’d rather just leave these tables from last August as they are instead of beating the point home.

Make the best of it. Enjoy the good, hot coffee. Catch up with your favorite neighborhood blog. Celebrate when the sun finally comes out.

We’ve had over one inch of rain the past three June and in eight of the last ten. It’s a trend.

This just reinforces the point that September is normally a great time to be in Seattle (esp. compared with June).

I have always suggested to friends/family to come visit in September – better weather, fewer tourists.

June is what it is.

…so much is it the damn cold. 52 as a high? Rain and 65 degrees = tolerable. Rain and 52 degrees? Sucky.

According to weather.gov, the month-to-date precip is 1.44 inches so far this June while a normal value would be 0.34″.
