Capitol Hill Times article about Kay Rood

The article in this week's Capitol Hill Times about Kay Rood does an excellent job of documenting all of her contributions to the health and safety of Cal Anderson Park. The paper's website has yet to grasp the concept of formatting, so the actual newspaper might be easier to read, if you can find one.
