Zaw in Lights

Looks like Zaw is closer to opening, though I share joey's dismay that Zaw's pizza is take and bake (is this really going to be a nicer version of papa john's).

ZAW
this place looks like it will last about 6 months. I hope they prove me wrong but I don't think opening up a take and bake amongst on of the hottest restaurant markets in seattle is a great idea. we'll see though.

I can dig it
They deliver by bicycle too, apparently! I personally have always been a fan of the take&bake concept, because I can take it and bake it. Whenever I want. I'll go to Via Tribunali if I want hot out of the oven, Pag's if I don't really care, and maybe Zaws now if I want teh T&B.

This is AWESOME! I thought Zaw was going to be another generic condo pizza place (like on the north end of Broadway), but I love this idea and i'll be going there all the time if they're good. The website is encouraging -- "Seasonal, organic, unique, and local" -- but the look is a little "university village."
