Police scanner: Drunk parent, car crashes

Here's the report from a busy Monday in the East Precinct. Streets are a little dangerous as things get darker and wetter. Be careful neighbors.

Central District News East Precinct Scanner Report - Capitol Hill - Mon. 10/20/2008 - Full Report

3:18PM - 1700 E. Union - Disturbance - An intoxicated parent has come to get a child at TT Minor. Staff is trying to prevent her from leaving with the child (in a car?), keeping her busy until police arrive. White female, 30s, with a heavenly first name.

4:10PM - 200 Broadway E - Disturbance - A man is banging on the window of a black Range Rover with a large wrench. White male 25, red hat, gray sweatshirt, blue jeans

4:11PM - Lake Washington Blvd E. & Boyer Ave E - Accident - Blocking, with injuries. Update: They have a white male on the scene who is unconscious but breathing. Police are starting to reroute traffic at both ends of Lk. Washington Blvd.

Update x2: 4:52pm - Police are reopening northbound traffic
