Alice asked a great question about where to watch the election results in and around Capitol Hill. We had some suggestions in the comments and I want to add a few others as well.

Victrola is now offering beer & wine ($1 off) - viewing starts at 7 pm

Volunteer Park Cafe Chef Ericka Burke is cooking up a family-style Italian dinner with election results on an enormous projection-screen TV. $25 (kids $10). RSVP required: 5:30 pm start

The War Room:JD and Red Bull cocktails for only $4. Big screen TVs. Plus free Caffé Vita coffee and Molly Moon ice cream! 5 p.m. onward

CHS supporter and a great place to eat veggie pigs in a blanket, Central Cinema offers an 18 foot screen - the party starts at 6 pm

Neumos and Moe Bar are throwing a party with Good Magazine and the People for Chris Gregiore - 3 pm doors for Moe Bar and 5 pm for Neumos

CHS supporter and a great place to drink Elysian Pumpkin Ale on draft, Bottleneck is hosting a party starting at 4 pm (everyone who votes gets a free shortbread cookie from Little Rae's Bakery)

Neighborhood stalwart Comet Tavern is hosting an election party starting at 4 pm

Northwest Film Forum offers two cinema screens and the party starts at 6 pm - suggested donation of $10 to raise funds for the Strawberry Theatre Workshop

Those interested on a local slant can gather either at Town Hall with Knute Berger or with Goldie's group Drinking Liberally at Montlake Alehouse

If you want to see the election results served up with music, try the Baltic Room (not sure what time the party starts but for the debates - I saw that the Baltic Room has been open as early as 5 pm)
