Nationalism and Patriotism are still disgusting

| Um, as long as we're murdering people in Iraq and Afghanistan under that flag, it's still a disgusting sight. Let's not become rabid patriots and nationalists just because Obama won the presidency. We can be progressive without resorting to nationalism and patriotism. In fact, we can ONLY be progressive when we refuse to accept nationalism and patriotism. | |
