Police scanner: 'Shots fired' drunk caller

Many of the incidents reported here are the equivalent of crime trivia. Some are part of larger trends. Every now and then, they fit into a larger puzzle. Will the 'highly intoxicated' caller be part of our story again? Hope not, really. Stories involving booze, police and guns -- even made up guns -- usually aren't happy stories.

12:25PM - 1400 15th Ave - Alarm - Audible residential alarm

12:49PM - 1300 E Olive Way - Disturbance - Man refusing to leave a business. Suspect is white male, 50s, blue cap, blue jacket

4:35PM - 18th and E Pine - Disturbance - Staff at T.T. Minor Elementary needs help restraining a 9-year-old.

5:00PM - 500 14th Ave E - Domestic Disturbance - Woman called 911 and then put down the phone. Operators could hear yelling in the background indicating that he hit her.

5:57PM - 1401 Broadway E - Shoplifting - Juvenile male in custody at QFC. He also has narcotics on him.

6:11PM - 400 E Pike St - 911 Hang-up - From a payphone
