1:09PM - Broadway & E. Union - Suspicious Circumstance - Caller saw a man jump out of a vehicle, grab a backpack from some bushes, then drive away westbound. White male, 20s, dark sweatshirt jeans, associated with a blue ford explorer. Update: The complainant followed the vehicle over to Seattle Central near Broadway

3:33PM - 1300 E Madison - Fraud - Woman is trying to pay via fraudulent means at Rite Aid. She is a black female, 30's

4:45PM - 1600 E Olive Way - Narcotics Activity - Man doing drugs in the Starbucks bathroom

5:35PM - 16th and Howell - Illegal trimming - Man who does not appear to be a city employee is trimming a city-owned tree. He is a white male, 20s, white pickup
