1:19PM - 610 Harvard Ave E - Disturbance - One neighbor is yelling at another in the community room of a building
3:13PM - Denny Way - Welfare Check - A man is standing on the Denny Way overpass looking down. Unclear what his intentions might be. White male, white stocking cap, yellow sweatshirt, arms stretched out "like on a cross"
3:19PM - Summit & E. Pine - Accident - Blocking accident with injuries
3:41PM - 1401 Broadway - Shoplifting - In custody at QFC
3:49PM - 17th & E. Pine - Disturbance - Cell phone caller was yelling for someone to get off of her, then hung up. The location is very general because it's a "phase 1" phone. Update: Operators listened to the tape and found that she said "he's going to jail. he's going to jail. he's coming at me." before hanging up.
