Inauguration viewing parties on The Hill

Are there any inauguration viewing parties on The Hill the morning of the 20th? I’m looking for a big screen TV, beverages and maybe food, and definitely like minded people.

Adding some info here so I can promote this discussion to the homepage. I like inquiry posts like this to have some answers in them also. Also important to note, Central Cinema is one of my favorite CHS sponsors -- they use the ad tools to make some great looking banners so I have a soft spot for them. I'm hoping to be able to be at their inauguration event detailed here.

Happy New President!

Join us for a Champagne toast and Brunch for the Inauguration of Mr. Barak Obama as President of the United States. Watch it happen live on our big screen and enjoy a lovely Brunch.

You have a couple of different options for Brunch. Coffee, a fresh Scone and admission is $10. We will also be serving a full Brunch of baked Egg Strata, Scone and Coffee for $19. (prices include tax and gratuity) Choose either Vegetable Strata with broccoli, mushrooms, red peppers and Jarlsberg or Sausage Strata with Italian sausage, mushrooms, onions, spinach and cheese. An elegant dry French bubbly "Blanquette de Limoux" and Mimosas will be available during the event.

Tuesday January 20
Doors open at 8:00 AM and the Inauguration is at 9:00 AM

"and definitely like minded people."
Like minded people?

You want to continue america's presence in Iraq?

You want to invade Pakistan?

You want to restrict gay men and women from getting married?

You want to gut the 4th amendment and allow the government to spy on all of us without any oversight?

You want to continue torture?

No, probably not a lot of those like minded people in Seattle.

Fuck Obama.

anyone else?
Presse will have it on, but they don't take reservations, so I'm nervous. Bottleneck has a thing, but it's kind of far. And now the Stranger party and Central Cinema are both sold out :(

So how about it, chs, anyone know of another good spot?

And how about it, jseattle--maybe this post might head back to the top, now that the Big Day's approaching?
