My friends (a middle aged couple) want to move to Cap Hill and they found a lovely house to rent, but the tenants refuse to move out early.
Their mother is sick and they want somewhere comfortable for her to stay and have an extra bedroom for visiting family.
They’d want to move in ASAP.
Their credit is excellent.
