Another 'suspicious item' shuts down Seattle Central - UPDATED

The southern end of Seattle Central's main classroom hall is evacuated as a bomb squad investigates a 'suspcious item' found outside the building. Seattle Police Department confirms they are investigating an item found around 3:15 PM this afternoon and have closed down part of the campus to investigate. Last week, a bomb scare closed down several city blocks around the campus. that suspicious item turned out to be a vandalized utility box.

UPDATE 5:30 PM
All clear just went out and all units are being move off campus. Sounds like the item wasn't anything serious. SPD confirmed the item was harmless but spokesperson said it is against department policy to discuss what was found in the investigation.
