Seattle officials are getting a peek at the city’s new local media landscape and they probably aren’t liking what they see.

Maybe it’s just coincidence. Maybe there’s a new interest in how the city works — and sometimes doesn’t.
The findings from the Times snowstorm response investigation are pretty damning. If Nickels had a serious opponent in his upcoming race (I don’t think Savage counts – yet), he might need to worry about becoming the next Michael Bilandic, the former mayor of Chicago.
