What was the ‘suspicious item’ that caused this morning’s bomb scare around Seattle Central and shut down Harvard and Belmont for 3 hours? A vandalized cable junction box. As you can see in the example on this post of one well-targeted box somewhere in Seattle, utility boxes like these play a big part in our culture. Last night, the utility box spoke up.
