Training in love and compassion is the very essence of a spiritual life. It is our attachment in our relationships that causes pain. Love never hurts. Buddha explained many meditations for developing a fearless and open heart, that is able to love and cherish whoever we are with. In this way we can find a happy and meaningful life.

Each talk is a part of a series and yet self-contained. You can drop into the series anytime and still feel that you have something worthwhile to take home with you. No experience is necessary and everyone is welcome. No registration required. Cost is $10 ($5 for students and seniors)
