First step in reclaiming an empty Cap Hill lot: BBQ corn, sushi

We recently wrote about efforts to commandeer the empty lot on Pine for some positive public use -- somebody has plans for next weekend:

Looks like Saturday is currently forecast to be a break from the week's rain so that part of the scenario works. As for the rest, you'll have to go on faith. An anonymous e-mailer making plans with a parking lot power-to-the-people blogger? Could be awesome. Could fade into not much. Plan accordingly.
