Functional but still unpleasant

The I-5 noise means this walk will never be very enjoyable. I dream of lids over Interstate Valley here, at least on the east and west triangles of Pine/Boren. Does anyone know what the expected lifetime of these overpasses are? A lot of similarly-aged highway overpasses are at end-of-life throughout the country. |
