Cafe Stellina Closes - "Plum" to take its place

Recently, CHS community members have complained anew about Stellina's irregular hours.  It now looks as if Stellina may have closed - for good (their voicemail box is currently full but we will continue to try to reach them for a comment).  This is a sad story in many ways - if you have followed Stellina's migration from a small space in the Central District to its current trendy location in the Piston & Ring building.  I hope for Teri & Mike's sake that this is a rennovation and not a closing.  Looking at the new liquor license report, I noticed that Makini Howell (of Hillside Quickie fame) and her partners will try to assume the liquor license for Stellina's location (1429 12th Avenue East Suite B).
