C.C. Attle’s site to be developed by Bullitt Foundation

I posted this story over at CDNews about an article in the Daily Journal of Commerce today, which says that the Bullitt Foundation plans to develop the C.C. Attle’s site at 15th and Madison into a “uniquely Northwest building” that performs “a series of technically rigorous functions in geology, hydrology and solar applications.”

I wonder how much longer the concept of gay bars are going to be around?

Just amazing that they want to be in the Pike Pine queer bar area – of all the places in the city to buy a site – and with their money and insider contacts, they will do exactly, repeat, exactly what they want.

Bet there will not be low income housing on the upper floors … either.

I am waiting on some info from the developer working with the Bullitt Foundation, Point32, and hopefully will have some more info (and renderings?) in the near future. Point32 also owns the BelRay Apartments on The Shores and has some renovation and development plans for those as well. Hopefully more later…
