Now is the time for all good men and women to come to the aid of the Capitol Hill Independence Day Picnic:

WE NEED YOU TO VOLUNTEER for the park’s most fun event of the summer! The Capitol Hill Independence Day Picnic will be fabulous this year — this Saturday, July 4th! — and you can be part of it. We need people 12 noon – 5 PM to help with kids’ activities, assist with various contests, help with food vending (food handling permitted folks especially welcome), setup and cleanup. Please contact [email protected].  Thanks for helping out.
