When he was a Seattle City Councilmember, jim Street used to bike to work. Most mornings he'd ride past me while I was waiting at the school bus stop at 19th and Thomas with my kids (as they then were).
It's a bit further from Greenwood to City Hall and I'm not sure that there's a really good way to go, Sharrows or no Sharrows.
(Oh, and I've run into Richard Conlin WALKING through our neighborhood)
I worked with Mike at 3rd and Seneca for a while and he biked down there everyday. Granted he does frequently use an electric bike. But for a hilly city like Seattle, you can't really blame the guy.
A friend with a great sense of humor wondered if Mc Ginn will start all conversations in Olympia with, "I ride my bike to work."
He a bit of tub for a bike rider, must REALLY like to eat.
I wrote in Ed Murray and feel good about it. The lack of experience and failure to early impress me with policy didn't push my voter buttons, sorry didn't take to his campaign.
