We spied this notice of sale and confirmed with Vantage Commercial Partners that the Maharaja Restaurant (where people go “to get bent” ) is For Sale.
Adjacent to the Maharaja, we have been hearing from several sources that a nightclub will occupy the space recently vacated by BMW as soon as late spring .
How this all adds up? We haven’t put it together yet. You?

Almost, Scott missed signing the lease on the BMW space by a day. Scott’s family is looking for a different space for the new CC’s.
I live right by there and am disgusted by that place. we have a joke that its the pearl of seattle, not too sad to see it go…and would be awesome if they put a 24 hr restaurant and nightclub in the old BMW space.
