What's going on at old Bailey Coy? Lanterns represent demolished buildings

It's fitting that the lanterns representing some of the buildings torn down to make way for the light rail station have found a temporary home in the windows of the now closed Bailey Coy.  Broadway is changing, that's for sure.

The lanterns were supposed to be burned as part of the Capitol Hill Story Project, but that didn't happen as planned.  ST Art Program Manager Barbara Luecke says they are currently debating how to continue the project, but that they are still accepting stories at capitolhillstorylanterns@gmail.com.
