I met Mitch last Thursday during the Capitol Hill art walk and I was completely taken with his perfectly put together summer style.  Velouria Boutique debuted the new summer collection by Capitol Hill based menswear designer Michael Cepress and Mitch is his assistant.  In these photos Mitch is wearing a bow tie designed by Michael.
