The real block party was great there was music, PBR bean bag toss, great food and did I mention FREE! A huge thank you to city market and local sponsors. It had a real sense of community…On my way home home my dog and I walked in the Thomas Street park they were just packing up but greeted us with smiles I believe they were ending the party with an Ella Fitzgerald send off…I love you Capitol Hill!

We had one on the 17xx block of Boylston, but it was pulled together rather last minute and didn’t have a chance to post it on the blog. It was a totally different vibe than years past, but involved a whole new group of people. Pretty cool. My neighbors rock!

Thanks to all who helped out, came out, and rocked out the block last night! Now that we’ve popped the patio’s cherry, we’ll work on getting her more “experience.” Stay tuned…

Cheers!

Thanks to those who attended the block party at Olive and Howell that left me piles of trash, broken bottles, puddles of urine and the lovely old clothes. I spent an enjoyable 2 hours cleaning up my grounds today. Please do this monthly. I could use the exercise.
