SeattleCrime: Man set on fire in downtown apartment

This one's off-Hill but just barely. SeattleCrime has a report on a strange occurrence in an 800 block Pine apartment in which a man suffered serious burns after he says his friend set him on fire :

A prank gone-wrong left a man with burns on over a third of his body after, it appears, a friend set him on fire as part of a prank earlier this week.

On October 25th, police went to Harborview's burn unit to contact a man who arrived at the hospital with burns on 36 percent of his body.

The man told police he was visiting friends at an apartment at 8th and Pine on October 23rd, and was apparently in the bathroom cleaning the shower when he felt someone pour liquid on him.

Some friend, eh?
The friend is probably feeling a bit low right now. Almost seems like an adult game gone bad. The story I read on a different website said the victim had to take a cab to the hospital because his friends wouldn't call for assistance. Wonder how true all that really is.

What kind of shithead "friend" pours a "liquid" on you, sets you on fire, and refuses to call for an ambulance?
