A man who drove his minivan into a pole at 10th Ave East and East Aloha was arrested for drunk driving by officers responding to the single car crash early Sunday morning.

The 31-year-old man was booked into King County Jail on charges of driving while intoxicated. Emergency crews called to the scene of the 3 AM crash determined the man was not injured.

The intersection was closed while investigators collected evidence and talked to witnesses at the scene.
