Add “apartment manager” to the list of tough jobs on Capitol Hill. The manager of a Capitol Hill apartment building called police Tuesday night after he says a couple he found naked inside the building’s electrical room threatened him with a “sharp object” when the manager tried to roust the two from the building.
The man called police around 9 PM Tuesday after he found the couple and was threatened by the man inside the building in the 1700 block of Boylston Ave East. Police caught up with the couple, now clothed, on East Howell near Harvard where the man was taken into custody for investigation of aggravated assault. The manager told police the man and woman were transient and had “camped out” inside the electrical room.
Earlier this week, CHS reported on hate graffiti a Boren Ave apartment manager believes was directed at him that is being investigated by Seattle Police as a malicious harassment case.
