Capitol Hill Super Bowl 2011 edition including 'biggest/gayest' party

Television + large men in helmets + booze + artery coating food. It's the American way. Capitol Hill jocks it up this Sunday with a few public party invites for those of you who don't have a friend with a 6-foot wide TV and/or space on the couch. Happy Super Bowl, America. Here are the best Capitol Hill parties we found. Let us know if you have plans to attend something we missed.

  • RPlace is promising the "biggest/gayest" Super Bowl/Glee party complete with chili cheese dogs, nachos and wings.
  • CHS advertiser Big Mario's tests your physical limits with "bottomless" cheese pizza and Coors Light for $30.
  • Can't wait for the readers of Seattle Met to wade into the Auto Battery zoo.
  • Purr says they're having a party. Roanoke Tavern says they'll have some specials. Bill's off Broadway doesn't bother but you know the game will be on. Plus SeattleGayScene's  ideas for the game.
  • Madison's The Bottleneck Lounge will have a deal on "Wisconsin’s own Leinenkugel’s."
  • Twilight Exit has $1 PBR during the game.

2:04PM - UPDATE - Add one Moe Bar to the list. From Becky:
We open at 1pm with drink specials--$4 Jager and Washington apple shots, happy hour starting 2 hours early and running until 7pm, $5 pulled pork sandwiches, $2 fries, and $2 fish tacos from our Fish Fry. We'll have our usual two flat screens with a 50 inch behind the bar and a 10x12ft screen with projection in the back of the bar.

For those on First Hill, Primo will open at 3 and will be doing happy hour until 6. Hope to see you here!
