Comedian John Keister, the favorite son of Seattle comedy, is coming to Laff Hole at Chop Suey April 6th and he’s bringing special guests from Almost Live! Keister hosted Almost Live!“widely regarded as one of the most successful locally produced sketch-comedy shows…in the history of modern American television” (The Seattle Weekly), for eleven years. Now the People’s Republic of Komedy presents a celebration of Keister’s legacy that should be considered mandatory for any Seattle comedy fan.

Keister performs stand-up comedy throughout the northwest and was responsible for many of the most celebrated characters on Almost Live! He also hosted The John Report with Bob. He remains Seattle’s most enduring comedy icon.
