After spending the past few months in limbo, Simply Frames have now opened up shop once again. They are now inside Massai Ethnic Treasures, just a few blocks south of their previous location inside ‘Edgar-The Store’ on the north end of Broadway, now closed (before then Simply Frames were for over a decade on 15th Ave E). Massai and Simply Frames are at 215 Broadway E, between Rite-Aid and Charlie’s. Like the arrangement Simply Frames had inside ‘Edgar,’ they are sharing space with Massai, occupying the back area with a design studio as well as a workshop; they plan on adding what they call “the world’s smallest gallery” inside a former dressing room. Their hours will be Tues-Sat 12 noon-7pm, operating with the same personnel.
