A Tuesday night snatch and run from E Pike’s Babeland yielded a thief a pile of sex toys including a special prototype model of a high-tech vibe that Babeland’s Audrey McManus tells us the man probably doesn’t even know the power of. Watch where you point that thing, dude. Here are the details from McManus:

The Minna Ola theft happened last night during our Porn Night around 7:30pm. It was an older white guy, maybe in his 60’s. He came in and Heather greeted him and let him know about the porn night going on and invited him to ask questions. He was here looking around/browsing for 10 minutes or so and then while Heather was helping another customer, he made a bee line for the front display, grabbed the Babeland Silver Bullet vibe and the Bunny Tickler out of the Orgasm in A Box kit and the Minna Ola display, quickly headed out the door and then proceeded to run down the street.  Heather described him as being about 180lbs, 5’8”ish, stocky build, with short wavy grey hair.

 The Minna Ola is our newest vibe and we don’t even have it in stock yet. The one he took was a pre production model that we had just to show customers who would be interested in pre ordering the product. It’s super disappointing because we were pretty excited to have that display in the store as it was a fun toy to show customers. The controls are squeezable so that the user can control the vibrations just by squeezing the handle. It’s a really unique and innovative product. I’m not sure that he even knew what he was stealing, but he ended up with something pretty awesome.  It’s a rechargeable toy though and he didn’t get the charger for it, so it’ only going to be fun for a little while.
