CHS Pics: First bites at Li’l Woody’s

Though it may have been sacrilege to hold the event the same night of the week as venerable DeLuxe’s “Burgerama,” CHS couldn’t turn down the chance for a Wednesday night preview of Li’l Woody’s burger offerings. We’re told the current plan for Woody’s is to be ready for the public early next week. In the meantime, be happy for CHS and our enjoyment of The Trotter burger with its caramelized onions, apples, chopped bacon and horseradish sauce. More on the new 1211 Pine burger joint here plus details of Blue Moon Burgers’ Saturday opening.

Why do we need all these exotic burgers? A good Basic Burger with Cheese would be just fine…

exotic? they have 5 specialty burgers (one a green chile and another basically a western burger) and two of your basic burgers – http://www.flickr.com/photos/jseattle/5999008210/sizes/l/in/. and while you may just want a basic burger the rest of us on this planet may want other options. by your logic, i could ask why do you need cheese on your burger? a good regular hamburger should be just fine without needing something as exotic as cheese…
