The man police say assaulted two people on E Pike last Saturday night because they were homosexual is being charged with malicious harassment, the state’s hate crime statute.
34-year-old Raven Brealan also faces a charge of fourth degree assault in the Saturday night incident.
Police say Brealan told an officer he struck one of the men because “when he was flirting with the victim earlier in the evening he found out the victim had a penis.”
Brealan’s criminal record, according to prosecutors, is deep:
Brealan will appear in court in early October to enter his plea.
That guy needs to go somewhere else to live, like jail or Australia.
why would Australia take him?

i’m sure he’ll negotiate a reduced sentence and be back on the streets in no time. our criminal justice system wouldn’t want to deprive us of this guy’s hijinks for long.

So what is it in this state, eight strikes and you’re out? Nine?
Hopefully…THIS time…he will receive a long jail sentence and be out of our neighborhood for a few years at least. With that past criminal record, he deserves it.
