The residents of a Summit Ave E condo building believe that they, too, have caught a Capitol Hill criminal on video and are looking for your help. Resident Erica Toelle sent us this compilation of clips recorded early on the morning of February 17th that allegedly shows a man sneaking around the building’s garage and, eventually, captures him taking packages during his two hours in the building.

Not only have they possibly caught a thief in the act in their own building but it sounds like the same guy also visited another nearby Summit Ave E building earlier that morning. Here’s a police report SPD found for a break-in in the same area that very same day:
