A smoky car fire caused alarm but ultimately did little damage — except to the car — Friday night at the E Madison Trader Joe’s.
One dog was rescued.
Seattle Fire responded to the call just before 6p and the busy Friday night shopping crowd was cleared from the building during the response.
No details were immediately available regarding cause but witnesses said the blaze appeared spontaneously.
