CHS told you about the opening of a store a few weeks back that it’s kind of hard to believe Capitol Hill didn’t already have. When we stopped by two days before the music store’s grand opening, High Voltage was still being set up and didn’t have any of its used and vintage instruments and music gear of all types — like a light-up tole-painted bass drum — out on display.

Now it does. And they’re tearing apart and putting back together guitars and such back in the shop. Here’s a look inside High Voltage. If somebody hasn’t already, you should totally give that bass drum a home.
