There is a lost dog on Capitol Hill that looks like it might be injured.  He looks to be a black lab/rottweiler mix with a red collar.  At around 8:30pm he was heading south on 16th near the corner of Union. The police were notified, however animal control is not available in the evening so I was unsure if they could do anything for him.
