CHS reported on the $5.6 million sale of the property start of construction of the six-story, 118-unit apartment building in spring 2011.
It’s the second residential building in a week to celebrate an opening along E Jefferson. On Friday, Capitol Hill Housingintroduced The Jefferson at 12th and Jeff.
We’re told the “farmers market” component of the party will include four vendors but you’ll also be provided with a tote stuffed with various goodies and giveaways and likely more marketing material than you can shake a stick at.

UPDATE: CHS has learned of yet another opening: Coppins Well is opening Thursday at Madison and Minor of First Hill.
