Capitol Hill Aviary | Go see hawks

Surely it’s a sign. Neighbor Abraham Schmidt sends CHS these creatively procured pictures of a hawk the photographer spied from his Capitol Hill roost as the raptor conveniently posed with the Seahawks “12th Man” flag flapping from the Space Needle in the background:

I took these photos from Roy St in Cap Hill. I took these photos today at around noon. This is a beautiful hawk with the 12th man flag in the background. Figured it would be awesome to post this weekend. I originally saw the hawk out of my window at the velo apartments, saw the angle opportunity from the outside and had to take it. I zoomed in with binoculars held against my iphone haha.

Actually the “Seahawk” is an Osprey not a hawk so good luck on that Superbowl,
