To those involved,
We might need to consider a moratorium on apartments. We need condos (fancy that, eh?). There’s so little for sale, each property gets 5-65 (yes, you read that right 65) offers. It’s raising prices to well-above appraised value (and people are having to pay it!).

New construction Condos and homes on the hill are necessary because of the slow-down in building them, we don’t have enough inventory of saleable homes for the people who would like to own them.

If you’re thinking of selling your home, perhaps now is the time if you can afford it. But iIf you’re acting to help our community, let’s work toward more investment opportunities for residents, otherwise we’ll all be renting.

I can corroborate that now is a good time to sell if anyone is thinking about it. A friend of mine recently sold his unit and got four offers on the same day it was listed. It’s crazy.
