We’re not sure about the gluttony of Fat Tuesday having rules like no king cake until 7:30 PM but maybe that means you can go softer on the whole giving stuff up end of things. Tuesday night, a marching band and the Where Ya At Matt food truck descended on Havana at 10th and Pike for a little Mardi Gras debauchery.
