  • Man says jumped by gang of four in Pike/Pine: Four men attacked a man walking along 10th Ave and E Pine early Saturday, punching him in the head and face until he collapsed onto the street, according to the Seattle Police Department. Police do not have a motive for the attack, but say the man “managed with great difficulty” to walk to the East Precinct and report the assault after the men fled westbound on East Pine Street.Police were unable to locate the men, according to the police report.
  • Woman assaulted trying to document E Pike fight: A woman attempting to record an assault outside a Capitol Hill club last Wednesday was attacked after the suspects saw her taking a photo with her cellphone, according to the Seattle Police Department. Police say the woman and her friends were leaving Havana in the 1000 block of E Pike via the parking lot when they saw a fight and someone throwing a beer bottle at another person’s head.Concerned, the woman took a photo of the license plate on a white Audi, associated with the man throwing the bottle, according to police.“The four vehicle’s occupants saw taking photos and attacked her,” according to the police report. “One suspect grabbed phone and [threw] it over the fence onto the sidewalk. The other suspects punched and attacked where they proceeded to pummel her by kicking and punching her in the head and body. The Audi’s driver exited his vehicle and smiled as the assault was going on. The suspect driver then exited the lot and walked over to the sidewalk where phone was resting and proceeded to stomp on her phone.”The woman’s friend then rushed to her aid, but he was also attacked and punched in the left ear and mouth, according to police.

Another women then told the driver that she had recorded his license plate number and was calling the police, leading the men to flee in the Audi.

The woman was taken to the hospital for her injuries, which included bruising on her forehead, scrapes on her arms and elbows, and pain, according to police. The man was not seriously injured.

Police say they were able to track the vehicle’s registration, which was recorded by the second woman.

  • Have you seen this Strong Bad bag? If you spot a messenger bag with a distinctive Strong Bad cartoon character embroidered on it, it could have been stolen, according to the Seattle Police Department.Police say the bag and its contents, which include an Apple laptop computer, iPad Mini, smartphone and other items, were stolen from a car in a secure parking in the 1600 block of Bellevue Ave. The burglar shattered the rear driver’s side wing window to get the bag, according to police. The incident occurred between 7 and 9:50 p.m. last Thursday while the man was inside a nearby business, according to police.
  • Facebook porn reported: Police were called Sunday night to investigate pornography that showed up on the victim’s Facebook account while at a 700 block Broadway medical facility. Police looked into the report that “a pornographic image that popped up on someone’s Facebook account.  It was reported to us [Sunday], when we responded, the complainant could not locate the image again.  Apparently, it had been removed.  They had ‘reported it to Facebook’ so it is possible it was already removed prior to them calling police.”

Wow, sounds like a certain Audi driver thinks he’s some sort of gangster.

The photo can probably still be recovered. I hope the victims are alright.

Facebook pr0n causes police callout? Sometimes people should consider that the police have real problems to deal with, and just delete the porn and move on with their life.
