Here’s a reminder that the East Design Review Board meets Wednesday night to discuss two Capitol Hill projects within a block of each other in Pike/Pine.

CHS shared details of the plans for Liz Dunn’s 11th Ave and E Pike office and retail project and the six-story, mixed-use project destined for 12th and Pike earlier this week.

The Wednesday night sessions begin at 6:30 PM with what should be the final meeting for Dunn’s project followed by the 12th/Pike project at 8 PM. The meetings will be held at Seattle University’s Admissions & Alumni building at 901 12th Ave.

The meeting format includes public comment related to the design review so come prepared to weigh in on the project.
