This piece of Capitol Hill fashion news is wrapped up in the world of neighborhood development.

We told you about Paul Mendes and Style Syndicate popping up in the former Capitol Hill Market space on 12th Ave last year — A fashion hoarder opens up his closet to Capitol Hill

Six months into the project, Mendes has announced he’s closing his shop with a big party at the end of April:

we shouldn’t need an excuse to throw a party. come un-christen the hill’s favorite ex-creepy-convenience-store/soon-to-no-longer-be-a-vintage-store with us.

come around nine and stay forever.
bubbles provided + B.Y.O.A(nything else)

Before then, stop by Friday’s Night Market and do some shopping. In the offing — this microhousing project from one of the developers behind the Melrose Market.
