The 22-million gallon Volunteer Park Reservoir is, once again, holding water following a longer-than-expected dry spell caused by a parts delay as Seattle Public Utilities officials begin a two-year trial to determine if the landmark-protected resource can be decommissioned and fully transitioned into its next life as a historically-respectful water feature.
