Speaking of recycle, repurpose, reuse, there’s an exciting “save the date” event just added to the CHS Calendar.

Capitol Hill Garage Sale Day 2014 is planned for June 14, 2014.

CHS has organized the day for everybody to rally around for community garage sales on the Hill for a few years now with a variety of partners. It’s mostly for fun with a small part going to a good cause or three. This year, we’re excited to tell you that we’re working with a new bigger, better, more organized-er partner that we’ll tell you about soon.

We also have an amazing new home for the annual garage sale day’s community lot. We’ll have more to share and you’ll be able to sign up to be part of the fun later this spring.
