A note about the roots of the Sunset Electric project

In doing so, we left out an important part of the history of the first project to utilize Pike/Pine Conservation District incentives.

In may of 2012, Arizona-based developers Wolff Co. paid $6.7 million for the property — and the plans to build the new preservation-minded development. We told you about that part. We didn’t tell you as much about the Seattle-based developer that worked to create Sunset Electric in the first place. Below, you’ll find a statement about the history of the project from Pryde + Johnson. Let the record stand corrected.
